In 3 years I’ve used 4 different glass suppliers with one being a no show which cost me a day of installs and no revenue. So when I reached out to Kory a few weeks back after a different shop didn’t show up, I was so grateful he answered, gave me a quote and scheduled a time to rehang the glass. Kory and his guys were awesome. These guys showed up on time, worked fast and did a great job rehanging glass another shop had improperly hung. Kory was responsive and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks so much for getting our glass fixed, I’ll be using y’all again and referring you out to other shop owners needing glass.

I’ve used Paradigm twice and have two very different experiences. The first was a shower door installation that was done quite well with care and concern. The second was a full house window installation. Overall, the project was door poorly. Caulking looked like kids had done it (not a straight line) and I had to get it redone. Windows were damaged on installation with screws and they had missing covers. Four windows are defective (Kory came out and confirmed). He said he’d order new ones from the manufacturer as they have a warranty. It has now been almost THREE YEARS and I have not heard back from him. Six emails with no responses.

Amazing customer service, extremely flexible with my ideas, and there wasn’t a question of mine that they couldn’t answer right away It was quite impressive to see how knowledgeable and quick they all were.

Corey at Paradigm Glass has absolutely gone way above and beyond my expectations. When the seal on a double paned piece of fixed glass failed, Corey said that of course he’d take care of a replacement. Trouble was that the manufacturer, for obscure reasons, would not honor the warranty. So Corey paid for the replacement and installation out of his own pocket to ensure that I was fairly treated. Needless to say, if it ever has ANYTHING to do with glass, I’ll never consider anyone else.

After having a contractor disappear before completing work on my shower remodel, Kory came to the rescue. He took measurements of my shower, gave me a catalog of optional hardware and installed them to my request. He was not pushy about various options like other local glass companies that I spoke to. Installation was quick and professional.
