Bad customer service and follow through. I contacted them for installation of several mirrors in a house we are renovating. Their sales rep, Adam, came and measured, but needed to come back for one final measurement. I contacted him numerous times since he had already measured everything else, and got no response. Called the office and asked them to have him follow up and still no response. Asked for the owner to call me and still no response. Contacted their competitor, Russell Glass, and got everything handled quickly.

I have been remodeling in nash.for 43 yes. I can’t remember when I’ve had this bad of service from a glass Co. I have used this co. For three years. NO MORE SIGN UNLIMITED SERVICES

Needed a customized shower glass for the master bathroom. Our contractor has had to make several calls and impromptu visits on numerous occasions. They had to come twice to measure the shower. Shower glass was ready on 12/7/2023 called for an update on when installation was going to be scheduled and was told that the scheduler would reach out in 2 days, we never heard back. Contractor contacted them again to figure out what the issue was and he was told that people were calling out so could not get it scheduled. Contractor ended up going to the location and speaking with the owner to get things squared away and installation scheduled. Well on the day before the installation they told our contractor that they would need to reschedule because they were double booked. Immediately went up to the location to speak with owner who got us back on the books for this morning. The company came out and started working on the installation and I kid you not the measurement for the hardware was incorrect. Now we are without our shower because the other half of the glass in sitting in the shower and we yet again have to wait for them to fix their mistakes. Not only does this need to be corrected immediately and correctly but I shouldn’t have to pay all of this other half of this deposit.

I have some old windows that were probably put in place shortly after the Korean war. One of the panes broke and I didn’t want to mess up the whole window with the weight system by taking it out and I’m not sure that window opens anyway. Tennessee glass co. was able to come in and just replace that pane of glass.

The team at Tennessee Glass Co has been a life saver! We had to remove a huge piece of glass for a shower due to water damage, after calling almost a dozen other places, no one wanted to or could do it. I had Morgan come out and look at it and he said they could do it without a problem. I was skeptical at first but I’m here a few weeks later and it came out, got put back in and it’s perfect. I needed other work done for a glass door and they came out and knocked that out with ease. If you need any help with glass work this is the place to get it done!!

Ordered a glass shower door and had it installed. Smooth installation and professional, efficient crew did a nice install. Since then, bought glass accessories for my house, price was fair and they treat me with great respect. Super to work with these folk. Not sure why the negative reviews
