Ordered replacement panels due to damage the beginning of February, providing photo of original install information. Never heard back. Contacted them and they scheduled for the installation of the new panels. Installer shows up with no panels to take measurement. Contacted them again, but it’s been a couple of days and still no info on where the process is. I have just requested a refund of 50% deposit
