Everyone we initially dealt with throughout the during the process was polite, respectful, and keep us in the loop on every step of the way. The initial installation work was done quickly UNTIL they couldn’t get the double doors to lock. It took a solid year and multiple attempts to finally get it to work. The excuses were endless. In the end, they couldn’t even get the keys to match the doors they installed . We can’t even make keys for the locks because they are “proprietary “ locks. I do NOT recommend them AT ALL!!!
