After working with Jeremy for several months I received an email declining the work. His reason for declining the work is that he is “extremely busy” and the scope has changed several times. During the time I worked with Jeremy, I never received a timely response. Most responses were days delayed, sometimes over a week, and required follow up. After trying to get a final quote for over two weeks, I contacted Bob, their SVP, to help get to a final quote so windows could be ordered. Jeremy’s email declining the work copied Bob, which suggests this is a cultural issue. Bob has refused to respond to multiple emails and phone calls since. I am now starting the process of finding a window supplier from ground zero, which will easily put this project over a month behind schedule. Hubbuch represents everything that is wrong with the construction industry. They have enough business that they don’t have to care about their customers and have developed an entitlement mentality that allows them to refuse business at their whim. Not the kind of business I want to work with.

Well they gave us a good price on a glass on our curio cabinet . 41.00 and was cheaper then the other guy quote . We are happy . I give them a five star like I said I was going to do . Thank you .
