Home Choice Windows and Doors is the most unprofessional company that I have ever experienced. We used this company only because they were the only Marvin Window representative in Chattanooga at the time. We had ordered a large quantity of Marvin windows previously when another company carried the line and had a wonderful experience with the service and the product then. However, Marvin later made the decision to give the Marvin line to Home Choice, which necessitated that any new products had to be ordered through them. Our windows were ordered from Home Choice in May and did not arrive until the first week of January–over eight months later. However, we understood that this was due to the global supply chain issues and out of their hands. However, when our window finally arrived, it came with a different sash design from what we had ordered and did not match the sash design of the other windows in the house. This was after the sales rep, David Hopkins, had made three separate trips to our house to measure the window opening and take pictures of the other window designs. This was a large and expensive window unit that consisted of three separate window components and required a $5000 down payment when ordered. When I called David Hopkins about the incorrect window delivery, he was very distant and never offered an apology or remorse for the mistake. He was short-spoken on the phone–told me that he was out of town on another job and would call when he got back to the office the next day. That was 10 weeks ago, and he still has not returned my call. Instead, he sent his crew to install the incorrect sash while the correct one was being ordered and had the audacity to ask if we would mind paying the balance before the correct sash arrived!! To this date, we still have not received the correct sash, and our phone calls have not been returned. Fortunately, we told the installer that we would not pay any balance until the correct window was here and installed. The owner of Home Choice, Joe Tubbs, has yet to return our phone call, and we have never heard from the sales rep, David Hopkins again. It is our understanding that these two have since left and started another business. May the public beware! This company does not deserve one star, but it was the only option in this review.

They didn’t even want to provide us with a quote for Vinyl windows. Kept saying, it’s not worth it and gave us a quote for double the price of our budget 🙁

Incredibly difficult to deal with ordered doors and windows on a project, doors showed up wrong 2 different times and had to wait total of 3 months to get them.. They would not return phone calls and kept blaming the “other guy” better to use lansing building supply..
