Improperly installed a commercial lock that cost $2,600.00 to have fixed. Every internal and external pieces had to be replaced. A Morgan Glass refuses to take any responsibility for their shoddy work and won’t help despite the lock being under warranty. They may install glass fine, but not locks. Use a locksmith.

Super great family owned business. They came to my listing to fix a window when other companies refused to drive to Moncks Corner or had a 4 window minimum. Super friendly and affordable

It took some time to get everything prepared and scheduled with the office but it was all worth it. The price was great and the customer service was even better. Scott came out and did an excellent job on my window. Very informative and kind person. This is a strong example of how a business should be run! Highly recommended. Thank you, Morgan Glass! I will be coming to you again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Morgan Glass Company. They missed two scheduled glass door installation appointments without any prior notice or follow-up. When I contacted them to address the issue, their response was unprofessional and dismissive. This lack of professionalism and poor communication has caused significant inconvenience and wasted our time. If you’re looking for a professional company do not go with Morgan glass.

We had our shower glass covering installed by A Morgan Glass in 2021. Unfortunately, it appears that the service technician did not adequately cover the bottom and side of the shower door. As a result, we have been experiencing leaks every time we take a shower. This has been highly inconvenient for us, and we have been trying to address the issue for a significant period of time. Recently, we were informed that we have the option to either pay a $200 service fee for them to fix the problem or purchase the bottom and side piece ourselves. It would have been greatly appreciated if A Morgan Glass had notified us about the warranty coverage. Regrettably, we were unaware of this warranty, which is why we did not reach out to them initially. Additionally, it would have been beneficial if they had followed up with us to inquire about any potential issues we might have encountered during the glass installation process. We have been dealing with this ongoing predicament, and we express our frustration and disappointment regarding the situation.

Everything went pretty smooth until pick up. I do commercial lawncare and I knocked out a storm door glass. paid up front. When I picked it up I asked for it to be wrapped, apparently that was a big deal. The guy said we don’t normally do that, I said well can you. He continues to say its a waste 🤦. He has no business in customer service, everyone else was great. I planned to do all my business there but probably won’t be back. The only person that apologized for the guy was an installer 👍
