Jeffery was on time and did a good job. Explained well and cleaned up everything. He was by himself did 7 windows in one day and cleaned up the next day

I asked this company to come install an owner’s closet in my rental unit. It took forever to get them to come out-part of which is the situation that the unit is rented, I get that. But they ordered it months later & it was the wrong part I’m told. It was on back order I’m told. Yadda yadda yadda it took almost a year to get installed. Cost over $1000, including a keypad lock. I came down a few months after installation and the lock won’t work. I assumed it was me, so I asked maintenance to help me out. They said it wasn’t installed right & swapped it out. Now this company that took forever to install something wrong won’t refund the cost of the lock I wanted to bring back. Because I didn’t give them a chance to fix it?! How about installing it right the first time? I was going to give them the lock back so they could install it somewhere else. But nope. Kenny hung up on me. Good luck.

Over the past 3 1/2 years, Kenny Pattereson has replaced all our windows and 2 doors in our 30 yr. Old house. Happy with the products and very happy with one particular installer. We’ve had our issues but we kept going back to this company to buy all we needed. Why? Because we trusted him! Thank you Kenny. Hope you continue to have great product and bring satisfaction to many more customers!

The salesman Troy was very professional, friendly and I would recommend him. It was easy to see the company did a very poor job on training him on product knowledge. I feel bad for Troy seeing potential clients and the company doesn’t offer a training program.

I just had 2 PGT hurricane sliding windows and 2 PGT hurricane sliding doors installed in my unit by Coastal Carolina Windows and Doors of Myrtle Beach. I highly recommended using the PGT product and Coastal Carolina. I have worked for a general contractor for the past 36 years as a project manager/Project general Superintdent. The PGT product is a superior product and Freddy the install was A-1. The installed was perfect/done on time and neatly done. Ken the owner explained the differences from other products that are on the market today. Went thru lead times as well for getting the product. Michelle the office manager called you when the product arrived and schedule the install date. This installation was done in a vacation home for us and Michelle schedule this to what work for us when we came into town.

There were some delays with the item but this was well worth the wait. We got a carpenter named Fredi XhoXhi who showed up to install the two windows we had ordered… This man lives and breathes his craft. He was meticulous, detailed, and went so far above and beyond that it’s not even funny. Not only did he rip out the old window, he went to Loews, got a replacement wood trim, custom cut it in the driveway, painted it, trimmed it, mounted it, and caulked it in no time flat. On the second full sized window, unlike the other quotes we got where the company said they would just pop it in and out, this guy got metal sheath covering, trimmed it, cut it and formed it to size around the entire outside window frame which he didn’t even need to do (because the previous window before didn’t have it) but he did it because it would look better and provide a better seal. 100% would use this company again, but more specifically Fredi. Ask for this guy by name, you won’t be disappointed.

I originally replaced 10 windows in my house with Chris Tobaiz. They worked so great that when I wanted to replace more Chris was the only person I would consider calling. Order is placed and now all my windows and 3 doors will be from window specialties of coastal Carolina. Install was done professionally and no mess was left. I love my new windows and doors. Thank you Chris.

I would highly recommend them. Chris Tobiaz was incredible. He made suggestions to complete our enclosed patio. We love our new room. Floor to ceiling sliding windows. Great job! We are very happy!
