Representative from Pella came right out. We discussed the window replacement and next was someone to measure it. When window came in it was installed and the project was finished In a couple of hours. Great service and lifetime warrenty.

We needed new windows so we did our research. We wanted great quality – windows that were going to last and wouldn’t give us any trouble in the future. We don’t mind paying for quality. Pella met our criteria. Their price was fair, their product is top notch, and their installation crew was superb! They cleaned up as they went and were quick and efficient. Matt came to the house sent an email but never followed up with us after. He is not attentive to customers, not willing to communicate with customers, and I felt if he had the best product he certainly does not represent that for the company. I assumed that Pella was a great product. After my experience with Matt I would consider Pella at the bottom of my list!

We couldn’t be more delighted with Pella and the finished product at our home. Matt was very helpful in advising us on our project and offered us an alternative option which not only saved us money, but enhanced the view from our living room. We replaced 3 sets of french doors with 2 sliding doors. Although this required removing two columns and building a new one, our installer Dave accomplished the project in less than a day and a half. The before and after photos attached demonstrate the successful completion and our satisfaction.
