I needed a new patio door and had gotten a few quotes. So many places charge outrageous amounts for what they offered. Matt was my rep here, wonderful explanations, excellent price. When the guys came out to install they were so fast! Clearly they knew what they were doing. Cleaned up like they were never there. It is a well insulated sliding door, my ac is not running as hard and I dont hear outside noise now. There’s a walking path probably 50 feet from this door that I would always here people. Not anymore which is amazing. Highly recommend their services!

We got several estimates to get replacement windows and tho a couple may have been lesser in cost..NOTHING CAN COMPARE TO THE HONESTY AND SERVICE that Window World Of York Pa.provides. They want what is a best fit for you..no sales pitch or pressure…NONE, Eric Cassel came to find out what our needs were and from the start..we knew he was our choice..he was kind,helpful,listened and connected with us as people ..not as contract or a commission.He was knowledgeable and easy to work with..if we contacted him, he replied..then Valerie called about measurements and scheduling. Very friendly and worked with our time schedule.The company gives you a turnaround time and meets it. The installation went so smoothly, a father and son duo did a fantastic job including any and all clean up. They were amazing and we will get the rest of our windows done by them. They are perfect..A great team and you can tell they love what they do and do it right. They really are a well oiled machine and they like and respect each other..because they work as a TEAM. We look forward to using them in the future.

In 2005 we had Window World install all of the windows in our home. The installers were friendly and professional. About one month ago we discovered that one of our windows was cracked. We called our insurance company about the damaged window and our deductible was extremely high. We needed to have the window replaced and was prepared to pay to have it replaced. My husband called Window World and spoke to Val and explained what happened. She verified our account and said we had a glass breakage coverage in our policy. She said if we drove to York Pa we could pickup the window panel at no charge, or they can bring the panel to us and put it in for a $25 fee. We were so happy to know we had that coverage! We explained that the next time one of the Installers was in our area we would like them to replace the panel. So on May 20 one of the installers came to our home and replaced the panel. Unfortunately I forgot his name, but he was extremely friendly and professional. My Collie, named Hope loved the attention she got from him. We are so glad that we chose Window World!!!
