Just had some windows installed, working with the people from estimator to installers was a very pleasent experience. The intstallers did an excellent job and their workmanship was outstanding. I would certainly recommed Hess to anyone needing replacement windows.

Several years ago Hess removed my bow window and replaced it with 2 double hung windows. One of the windows recently sustained a tear in the screen. I was not sure how to remove the frame to replace the screen. Justin kindly provided a demonstration on a sample window. When I tried it, it worked. Good customer service is created with small interactions like this. I would highly recommend Hess to anyone in need of windows.

I just had 29 (!!!) windows replaced in my 1927 brick home in Emmaus. Hess did an outstanding job – the windows are beautiful and look great, both inside and out. We noticed immediately that the house was warmer and quieter. Minor problems during installation were quickly and professionally resolved. The installation crew was great, the kind of people you are happy to have work in your home. They arrived on time and they worked HARD. The biggest drawback was how long I had to wait for the windows – nearly nine months. But I am very, very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend and use Hess again.

The installers showed up on time and were very polite. Did the work in the time frame that was said, and did a great job. Very professional and cleaned up at the end. Love our new windows. No question, would use them again.
