When we bought a 1920s house a few years back, we quickly noticed that the original, single-pane windows were leaching heat in the winter and cold in the summer. After some research and quotes, we went with Bridgetown in a two-phase project (because windows can get expensive!), spread over about a year, to replace all 12 of the old windows. Jeff, the estimator, was extremely professional and thorough in explaining our options. I didn’t feel upselled to, but rather educated. The scheduling was easy, and a few months after putting the deposit down, the Bridgetown crew came out. For both phases of the project, they were extremely prompt, worked clean, and installed the windows perfectly. When there was one small rip on a screen, they replaced it immediately. Now, our house is much more energy-efficient, and the temperature stays at a comfortable range for longer. Bridgetown is an excellent company to work with. You get what you pay for, and I would definitely recommend them for any window or door projects!

Fare quote and everyone was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately they are not doing pane replacements (only full window replacements) at the time of this review.

We had a very good experience with Bridgetown replacing a front door. Got a quick appointment to discuss options. Communication was good. Price quotes also came quickly, and when a competitor gave us a quote that was slightly cheaper than Bridgetown’s for the exact same door, Bridgetown met the same price. I was able to pick up the door at the warehouse a few days early to paint it myself before installation. The installers (Chris and Scott, I think) did a really good job. The focus on quality was clear. After a few days, the new lock stopped working, an apparent flaw with the Baldwin hardware I chose from Chown. But Bridgetown took care of the problem, sending a locksmith out within a couple of hours. I’d consider Bridgetown again if ever need a new back door and I’d recommend them to others.

We had Bridgetown replace our front door and we’re very happy with the results. Working with Ryan felt like working with a design consultant, he helped us think through pros and cons of all the options we were considering. Install team was also very professional. Would highly recommend and we would not hesitate to use Bridgetown again for future projects!

Had an outstanding experience from start to finish with Bridgetown Windows and Doors. We had a total of 6 windows replaced. Scheduling was easy, the estimate was fair, communication was great, the installation crew was STELLAR and left not a speck of dust behind. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.

The team at Bridgetown Windows has through and through exceeded expectations. We had Bridgetown Window and Door replace 5 upstairs windows in our home. The consultation was timely, thorough and considerate, and the advice on window choices was perfect. Communication throughout was fast, knowledgeable, helpful, excellent. The crew did a truly excellent job inside and out (literally) and went above and beyond to make everything good as new, at no additional cost to us, even after discovering some surprises upon the removal of the old windows. I would recommend them without hesitation, and will be hiring them again when we’re ready to replace our front door.

We worked with Bridgetown for replacement of all our windows in our home! Jeff was our rep and was very friendly and ensured everything went smoothly and answered any questions we had along the way. The crew that came out was so professional and fast- very conscious of our pets and accommodating! We love our new windows!

This is the second time I’ve worked with Bridgetown and again, super happy with my experience. We had them replace 6 windows last year and now had them replace our front and back doors. Frank is just a delight to work with and Austin and Chris, the people who completed the work, were respectful and friendly. The work is excellent and while there were some minor issues (not any fault of the workers), Bridgetown reached out the next day to get someone out the same week. I really appreciate not having to call and how proactive Bridgetown staff is. I’m sad I don’t have any more projects for them on our house! Highly recommend this company and they will be my first call if I ever needed windows or doors.
