She was always available to answer our questions and her responses demonstrated a high degree of knowledge and professionalism. From the very first call, to the purchase, to the arrangement of installation, and follow-up, we felt like she was there for us to make sure we were informed and happy every step of the way. Additionally, we felt like she gave us the best deal possible on very high quality windows and French doors and the result is a beautiful set of adornments for our house. We bought a new window for our cabin from Diana. She was very helpful with specifying the right size and configuration for us. Also, we couldn’t take delivery as soon as it was in, so she kept it in her warehouse for a few weeks until we could. We have more windows to replace, and plan on going back to Windows Only for them.

Wonderful! I had a great customer experience dealing with Diana. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and very descriptive in the estimates. She would always be open and willing to make any change I wanted and send back the updated estimate. The estimate had all the explanations to the T for every window. Overall, I am very happy with the Milgard windows that Diana and her team at Windows Only installed at my home..
