I should have waited until my glass was installed to write the review. Had two glass panels installed in a large, sliding glass door in back of my house. The glass has a wavy appearance, which gives it an unsettling visual distortion when viewed from all angles but straight on. The techs also screwed up my brand new roller assemblies and lazily installed the trim gasket. Disappointed.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend Dyers custom framed shower doors. This door was installed in our new construction home built in 2019. Since moving in the shower door has been constantly full of mold. The shower door was squeegeed and dried after each use. The caulking (which was mold resistant)around the frame had to be changed every few months since it continuously accumulated mold. The frame was collecting water on the inside and was molding from the inside out. We had the shower replaced with another local company and once the door was removed, we were able to see the mold that had accumulated in the door (as seen in photo). When I attempted to talk with Dyer about the problem, they said that I needed to run the fan in the bathroom while using the shower. This obviously did not solve the problem. We have not had any similar issues with our new shower door.

Bill never lets me down. I’m always well pleased with his work & he never pushes unnecessary products or costly repairs. We’ve had them replace a window pane & repair a sliding door. I could not be more pleased! Thx Bill!!!

Awesome front desk. Awesome dudes in the back. They helped me secure an oversize mirror in a vehicle that wasn’t, at that moment, equipped to transport it. Ordered and paid over the phone. Cut the same day. Free with advice, a helping hand, and they even threw in a few clips. I look forward to doing more business with them.
