I’m another very satisfied customer. I had 9 windows and a door replaced in my 3 season room. Every concern no matter how small was addressed. The windows are beautiful the room is much warmer during the cold months. I look forward to years of enjoyment. I highly recommend this company.

Their team arrived exactly when scheduled, worked professionally and courteously, and took meticulous care of our house throughout the project. I used Burgess Window to replace 4 windows and front door. I was pleased start to finish…the selection process, the timing of work, the team involved. All friendly, professional, and thorough. Enjoyed working with Curtis Burgess to find exactly what I was looking for and discuss options. Dan, the project manager was very organized and a pleasure. Kyle and Tyler worked on the install and were prompt to arrive, clean and organized,and took the time to answer my questions as they arose. I will post pics once the rest of construction on home is done, but highly recommend this local buisness for Westerville residents! thank you Curtis and team, my front door is beautiful!

Entire experience was fantastic! Mr. Burgess took his time to ensure we got the windows that made sense for our home while fitting within our budget. The crew was very friendly, courteous, and did a wonderful job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We used Burgess to replace all of the windows on the front of our house. From the salesman, Curtis and the lead installer, Dan, we couldn’t be happier. They were all very professional and most of all – not pushy. They took the time to go over all the options and most importantly let us choose what works best for us on looks and budget wise. The windows are high quality and look fantastic. We appreciate good work and this group definitely sets the bar high. If you’re in the business of needing windows – don’t call the “Big Guys”. Support a local business such as Burgess and you won’t be disappointed.

I called Curtis after one of the large replacement window companys gave me the run around and did terrible work. His crew was fast, responsive and did a fantastic job. Had them come back and replace my front door as well. Got personal service for the same price I was paying the “discount” company.
