My husband and I hired Champion to build a four season room on the south side of our house for retirement as our home faces north. We were beyond pleased with the outcome and have enjoyed this addition for 14 years. This year when I was cleaning the windows, I noticed a film between the glass that I could not remove. I contacted Champion to see how much it may cost to replace some of the windows and to my absolute delight was informed that the windows were under warranty FOR LIFE! They sent out a representative to inspect our windows for a very nominal fee and upon his inspection it was determined that 10 of our windows were going to be replaced at absolutely no cost!!!!! AND THEY MEANT IT!!!! Brittany was the young lady who took all our information in a highly professional manner who then had Cory contact us as the overall manager and the technician Mike was the one who determined what would be done. Once the replacement windows were made, Mike came out with a co-worker and they expertly replaced the defective windows. Our sunroom is just OUTSTANDING yet again. In all my years, never had we experienced such outstanding customer service let alone a warranty that actually was honored so completely! We made the right choice when we chose Champion to build our sunroom. My husband and I highly recommend this company if you decide to upgrade your home!

This was an outstanding experience from start to finish (from the salesperson to installation), and we’re amazed and thrilled by how wonderful the windows look and how much more comfortable our home is without air leaking in from our old windows. Thumbs up!

I made an appointment for an estimate, then called a few days later to see if they had anything sooner. They did, they cancelled my original appointment and set the new one up. I got multiple emails, calls and texts about the upcoming appointment. It was supposed to be today at 11am, last night they called and cancelled it. I was obviously disappointed but I’m glad to know early on the lack of professionalism. Plenty of other window companies, I was impressed with Window Depot in Westlake and will go with them.
