Top notch professionals from start to finish! Ben was my salesman and was very thorough and knowledgeable, and put me at ease. No pressure – no stress. Mike and Ted installed the windows today and I couldn’t be more pleased. They were punctual, experienced, and meticulous in their installation and clean-up work. I was very impressed with their conscientious, tireless work ethic. Everyone at Empire has been respectful of me and my home, and always courteous and kind. They did our vinyl siding. Unfortunately they covered two of our electrical outlets with siding so we had to have them come back and uncover them. They had to come out multiple other times because the siding kept coming loose. The last time they came back to “fix” another loose piece they did a poor job and just shoved two pieces together…so poor that our city failed our point of sale inspection over it. When I called them to have them come fix their poor job, they told me there was a travel fee for them to come “fix” it…again. No where in our quote was this fee written, nor is it ethical to charge a fee when it’s to fix something they did incorrectly.

Highly recommended and I was not disappointed. Quote competitive and happy I decided to go with them based on the recommendations I viewed. Installers….EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING. Covered furniture, explained all their moves, did a fantastic job. Management always available to answer questions and always returned phone calls. 5 STAR COMPANY.

In the service industry, it is pretty difficult to achieve 100% satisfaction. In this instance, the employees of Empire hit it out of the park. From Mark, our salesperson, to the install team of Michael & Ted, the wonderful correspondence over the phone with Chrissy, we could not have asked for a better experience with an excellent product for our home. They collectively have earned Empire Windows a customer for life. We will definitely be back again. Thank you all, The Brewster’s.

We just had 5 big windows installed by Empire and it was a great experience from start to finish. We were pleased with the cost since they were such big windows. One of the windows was installed where a window never was, meaning the installers had to cut through the siding and drywall. They went above and beyond putting plastic up and keeping the dust out of the house. Afterwards they did a great job cleaning. The installers were prompt and so nice. Windows look Awesome and we would highly recommend Empire.
