These folks are pretty amazing at what they do. Everything was great, from the estimate to the installation process. They have a good product, great installation, GREAT customer service, and are just super easy to work with. I had 5 windows replaced in June 2024. Everything about Windows Universe was great – getting someone over to quote on windows, no pressure sales tactics whatsoever, ordering windows, scheduling, install, and the quality of the labor and product were all top notch. The main thing I notice that really sets them apart is communication. When I called, someone always answered. When I emailed, someone always responded in a business day. I always felt like I knew what was going on and that they wanted to make me happy. If I decide to replace some of the other windows at my house, Windows Universe will be the only company I consider.

We had a GREAT experience with Window Universe in 2016 when they replaced 22 windows in our house. They have worked perfectly and now we’re getting 2 additional windows replaced. It’s comforting to know Lance is still there in 2024. Will post an updated review with before/after pics when it’s completed. Thanks again for the previous install and we’re looking forward to working with the WU crew again!

Had 9 windows and a large picture window installed last week and couldn’t be happier with the result. The windows look terrific and the whole experience was great from start to finish. The installers, Joe and Adam couldn’t have been nicer, always professional and considerate. Window Universe actually does what they promise. They kept us consistently well informed throughout the process and were a pleasure to deal with.

We recently had nine windows installed by Window Universe and couldn’t be happier with the results! First, Lance made the estimate process as simple as possible – he was efficient and didn’t waste our time with a lengthy pitch. He was also available to answer any questions we had afterward. The estimate explained everything clearly and was the best price we received for high-quality windows. After signing, the weekly email updates were helpful. Our windows arrived on Wednesday, and the installation was scheduled for Thursday. Adam and Drew were prompt and professional, finishing the installation in a day and a half. Everything went smoothly, and our windows turned out great! If you’re looking for new windows, we highly recommend Window Universe!

Had Window Universe install 2 storm doors on my 1880 home. Great experience all around – from the first phone call to the very end everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, ON TIME, and respectful of my property. They did a great job and clearly care about the quality of their work and about making sure I was satisfied. The installers were literally the best contractors I’ve ever hired – they were on time, communicated well, were very cheerful during the install and just did a great job. I’m very glad I picked Window Universe out of all the quotes I got.
