I used website to schedule an appointment, confirmed my appointment via email. I missed their phone calls and texts to confirm on the day of appointment because I was mowing. I responded to their texts saying I was home and waiting on them. The sales associate was about an hour late. My wife emailed the sales associate two days later with a couple of questions. Our appointment was on June 6th, today is June 24th and we haven’t received a response. Disappointing at best

Quality folks from start to finish. I am a locksmith by trade, and I called them for some hardware for one of my customers that has a Pella door. They were helpful on the phone and when I arrived to pick up the part. I highly recommend them to anyone. Update from 5 years ago when I wrote the above paragraph: They are still as quality minded today as they were then. I have been back many many times and their customer service has only gotten better. Chris was our sales person and he was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! We recently had a repair that needed attention and Justin went above and beyond to fix the issue. We have had a great experience with Pella and would highly recommend them!

I love my doors, the installation part could have been easier. I could have been more patient also, but I spent as much on my doors as I did my car. I do love my doors now. The service people who come out after install are super chill also. Thank you Pella it took almost a year but here we are. Sorry for being a Karen, but it did kick you into high gear to fix my house.

Rescheduled twice and told third time given a later date.stayed home moved furniture and curtains.noone showed up,called and told was scheduled in two more days.will wait to see if happens. I know stuff happens but at a point it becomes rediculous.last time I will look them up for any service

Sales consultant , Ryan Schmaus,arrived on time and spent two hours explaining the product, taking exact measurements, and going over every thing in great detail. I would highly recommend this company and this sales person.
