Window World was fantastic. Replaced 21 windows in a day in a 60 year old home. The workmanship was spot-on. The were professional and cleaned up all debris. windows are beautiful. Highly recommend them.

Very pleased with Window World and Thomas (Tom) who installed our windows. He was very professional and personal. Windows are great quality, affordable and the lifetime warranty is untouchable to another company that we called for a quote. Would highly recommend!

We purchased our Windows about 5 years ago when window world of Columbus was being run by Keith Dotson. 😠 In January of this year, I had to call to get two replacement sashes. They came in within the time frame that was estimated and we were called to set up the installation. Jake came out and installed both sashes in less than 15 minutes and did an amazing job. He was professional and polite. We appreciate the new management and staff and the night and day difference that they have made for this business. Would highly recommend them to anyone. 😃😃😃

I love my new Window World window the salesman was very patient and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to high pressure me. The installer was excellent he did a great job and left no mess. I am in my home office looking through one of my new windows and loving it. Thanks to all.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Window World in Columbus Ohio was very easy to work with. No ” Hard Sell”. A Rep. came out to measure the windows I wanted to replace & showed me what they have available. I had already met with 2 other widow companies & knew their quality & prices. I decided to purchase my windows from Window World, SO glad I did. Windows were installed this week & they are beautiful! I had been putting off getting new windows for years because I thought there would be a huge mess & quite honestly you never know about Contractors/Installers these days. Thomas, the Installer who came out did a great job! He was friendly, knowledgeable, but best of all cleaned up every spec of dust & debris. I am pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality of the windows too. Not only were they installed quickly, without any hassel, but they are really beautiful. I will never work with another Window company, only Window World for all my properties.

Great customer service and the installer was fabulous. Put plastic down on the house and kept the inside neat and clean. He cleaned up inside and outside. Love the windows.
