This was one of the best experiences we have had working with a company. Larry is so upfront about the different options and low pressure. He gives you a variety of options for windows as well as being ready to do a project in stages if that’s required. He’s a lot of fun to work with as well. The pricing was also excellent. We replaced 26 windows and a storm door in our home. The guys who came out to do the work, led by Craig, were fantastic. They did a top notch job on all the windows. We could not be more pleased with how things ended up. If you need new windows or doors you will not be sorry if you give Larry a call.

I hired them to replace my kitchen window as well as two hallway windows. Can’t say enough good about them! Larry gave me a quick and honest quote, ordered my windows the same day. His crew came out and did the installation, they were very quick, professional, did a thorough job. I am planning to hire them again for my enclosed porch windows

We just had all of the windows in our house replaced by Columbus Window & Door as well as our front door and our back sliding door. Every interaction with their company was outstanding. I worked with Larry and he did a tremendous job meeting timelines and keeping me informed. The quality of the windows and doors is also outstanding. Finally, I will comment that the installation services couldn’t have been better. Every single person that worked in the installation process was friendly and helpful and it was clear they cared very deeply about our satisfaction. I’ve used Columbus Window and Door to install windows at two different condos. Both times, the process was easy and straightforward, pricing was transparent, and installation was professionally done. One installation is now about 5 years old and the windows and sliding door that were installed still look great and still work perfectly. The other installation was performed last month and the installers ran into some problems with the existing windows, but the installers worked out a solution and didn’t charge extra even though additional time and material was required. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Columbus Window and Door for your project!

We used Larry for a large rehab in NW Delaware. He installed new windows, a new roof, and new siding. It was not a very straightforward project because it’s a very old house but we are super happy with the results. I especially love the windows that were installed. Would definitely recommend Larry to others!

Have you ever found yourself thankful of the choices you made for a major purchase? This is a year following our windows and door purchase and as we washed the windows this was our experience. Look no further if you are seeking well constructed windows and doors AND a competent personable,reliable team to install them. Bonus-Larry, who will go above and beyond to insure a good experience!! The following is our original review, a year later we want to again share our recommendation, feeling strongly a good product and team deserves recognition!! ———Our experience was exceptional. We needed to replace six windows and our front door. We found Larry to be an exceptionally knowledgeable and personable owner. With our questions answered and choices made we contracted with Columbus Window and Door. Timely and efficient installation followed. As soon as I inquired, Larry reached out to me immediately to discuss some options. He stopped by a few days later to take a look at the door and show us some physical samples. After about 30 minutes, we made a decision and had a fair quote. A few weeks later, the door arrived from the factory and Larry and his team arrived to install it. They were very quick and very clean. It was still quite cold outside but they had the new door installed in what seemed like minutes. They spent a considerable amount of time making sure to trim/caulk around the door perfectly. I looked over their work very carefully and was very pleased with it. One of the guys even noticed that the screen door had been slightly damaged when shipped to them and they made certain to point it out to me. They explained that they already called to order a replacement and that they would be out to replace it at no cost to us as soon as it arrived (which they did). Their craftsmanship was excellent. They prices are very fair. They preformed the work when they said they would and they were very respectful of our property/house. I would recommend Columbus Window and Door to anyone who has high-expectations. A+!
