Window Depot replaced 14 windows at our church in Beavercreek and did a wonderful job. The installers were pleasant and professional. They cleaned the area up well afterwards. Ron, the owner, was very knowledgeable and very helpful in answering all our questions. We love our new windows. I’d highly recommend Window Depot

I really went back on if this deserves 4 stars, but definitely not 5. We had 10 standard size windows installed along with a very big picture window. We were disappointed to find out the old window casing (washed up white) was going to remain while the new windows were being installed. I’m not saying it should be free, but we are upset of the lack of education since we could have painted/replaced ourselves prior to installation. Very frustrating. I scheduled the installation date after a vacation since they took longer than 30 days to arrive. I’m complaining because I had to check-in myself while on vacation to discover if our windows even came in yet… a simple text or email should’ve been done (my opinion). 1) My real complaint is I think the quality of finish work could have been better. I felt like they rushed our home a little bit. One of the windows was installed crooked, so I spoke up and I think I offended them even though one of the workers said I was right and thanked me before the entire installation was completed (easier now vs later). After that incident, I just kept to myself. 2) They put their entire body weight on our marble countertop on top of the lazy susan area vs distributing their weight on a step stool and countertop. I’m not sure they realize you should NEVER put your entire body weight on any countertop. If they caused a crack, this would probably cost $5000 or more to replace. Also, I think their acetone took off a small portion of the countertop sealer… 3) I found broken glass inside and outside that was from the old picture window. Finding glass inside is dangerous and sloppy. Not to mention they left a nice oil stain in my driveway. If your truck leaks, why not park on the street? For the money and value, I think we did okay. We’re very impressed with the triple pane windows as it has been very noticeable in reducing noise. I was surprised everything was done in 8-9 hours, but I guess that’s why I got the quality of work completed (B). Still debating if I would use them again or recommend based on this experience. I would have probably gave 5 stars if the finish quality work was better (spray foam, caulking, crooked window) and if they left our house in the same condition prior to their arrival.

From first contact with Anita, to meeting with Ron, to the install, I was impressed with Window Depot. Anita and Ron answered lots of questions from me. I researched 4 other companies for my basement window and french door replacement project. Window Depot had the best price and product for my project. For reference, they installed 2 basement windows (replacing glass block windows) and replaced our old french doors with new ones. I’d use them again, and have already recommended them to a friend!

One day we decided we needed windows. We contacted Ron Addis at Window Depot. Within days the windows were measured, ordered, and installed by a great crew. We love the new windows. We would highly recommend Ron and his crew at Window Depot for their affordable, great looking, and high performing product. Great Job guys.
