Scott Riley was a pleasure to work with the whole way through the window-buying process. He never felt the need to rush, pressure, or unduly influence my decisions, and would simply offer his own experiences and advice to help me come to a conclusion. I like to do a lot of research of my own when looking into a large project like this, and his knowledge matched up with most of the information I came up with on my own, so I believe he knows his stuff. Also, communication was top-notch – he would answer any text of mine within minutes, with either an answer or a promise to get back to me with an answer, which further solidified my confidence in his willingness to put customer satisfaction at the top of his priorities. His team was efficient, professional, and friendly, and I was very pleased with the end result. All in all, I would choose Riley’s again for any window replacement needs.

If you’re looking for quality work, a great product and excellent service-give Riley’s Replacement Windows a call. Scott was courteous and didn’t try to push/upsell a product that I did not need. You can get quotes from the larger companies but save your time & give Riley’s a call- service, price and quality will exceed expectations with Riley’s Replacement Windows.

If you want quality windows offered at a good price with excellent service, call Riley’s Replacement Windows!!!! Do yourself a favor and begin your search at Riley’s….you won’t have to look any further. My windows were ordered with ease, installed beautifully (thanks Todd!), and the price was exactly as quoted. Great experience!
