I had a very good experience from beginning to end. Seth was very professional and prompt. I needed 13 windows replaced and they were able to install all windows in one day. I love my new windows and I’m glad I choose Window Source to install them. Seth even came out on a Sunday to install some blinds for me because he didn’t want me to go all weekend without anything at my windows. I would recommend Window Source if you are looking for window replacement. Thanks Seth for a job well done.

I needed 5 windows replaced. Everything was ordered and installed in a timely professional manner. The windows look great. They were able to get the windows ordered, delivered, and installed very quickly. They were the first company to send some one out to provide a quote too. From the quote to installation took about 3 weeks. It was fast, which I appreciated because I wanted to check it off my list. I only wanted to do 5/15 of my windows and they didn’t pressure me to do all 15 at once, which was nice. I’ll hire them again when I’m ready to replace the next phase of windows!

Seth and Terry and their installation crew did an awesome job of replacing a great deal of leaking, original wood windows in our family home. We were very pleased with their initial prompt response of inquiry to the speedy reception and installation of new windows! They put in the work and take ownership of getting a job done right! Terry was prompt in responding to my call. He made an appointment and was on time. He had excellent ideas about our windows. The windows arrived before the estimated date and he made every effort to have them installed before my son moved in. His crew did an excellent job and cleaned up the area when they were finished. I also asked him for his recommendation about replacing our door and he said the door was fine and offered suggestions to make it look better because it was still good and didn’t need replacing. He’s honest and didn’t overcharge us and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted– and he offered advice about blind installation that made it easy for me to do– highly recommend.

We have been extremely pleased with the professionalism of this company from the owners to their employees. All very kind and polite. All very well prepared in the jobs they performed at our home. The owners came, met with us and explained clearly what they would do and the cost. The employees came on time, began their work and made sure things were in order before they left. When all the windows were put in an employee returned to take the labels off, dust off and wash each window. After the windows were installed the owner and my husband looked at the windows and his employees cleaned up the remaining debris. All transactions were settled. So very pleased with this company. We will use them for our next project. We highly recommend Window Source of Eastern North Carolina!!🤗 🤗👏👏👍🏽👍🏽
