The entire experience was very positive. After my initial inquiry, I heard back immediately. All was communicated quickly and it was clear what each step was- from the initial inquiry, to the setting of dates for installation and follow up for the warranty and my satisfaction with the process.

No high pressure sales tactics: Just nice friendly people who are reasonable and helpful. They made purchasing so easy. We got a much better deal from Zen than any other company proposed. Working with Zen Windows was a breeze! Liked every step of the process. They’re very responsive to emails/texts. We made some adjustments to the first quote to better fit our need, and they were very reactive to update it. Once all was agreed, we placed the order for our new front door, waited a few weeks, then got the call to schedule the install. Scott made it work to our preferred time, and showed up on time. Only took half a day to remove the old door, which was really rotten as highlighted by Scott, and installed the new one. Makes a huge difference to our home. We know enjoy using the front door. And to mention, we only paid at the end, after everything was checked and approved by us. No up front deposit or anything. And their price was competitive. So I’d highly recommend giving Zen Windows a chance if you need a new door or windows, we enjoyed working with them from start to finish, and will certainly use them again if needed.
