For the low, low price of thousands of dollars you can hire this company to replace your windows. They’ll be sure to send out a crew that has no problems leaving rotted wood, slapping a window in and covering it up with caulk and cladding. Be sure to check their work as they progress or you could be left with a nasty surprise down the road. They fixed the issues after some back and forth but the one star stands. Making it right is nice, doing it right is what they were paid for and that’s not what they were going to do. Accidents or mistakes happen, these I can be forgiving about. This was a complete lack of accountability that someone else may miss because they are too trusting or don’t know any better. That being said the windows themselves are great. We are replacing older champion windows and they have never given us any issues.

I am only commenting on the sales experience at this time. Will comment positively or negatively on the rest of the experience including the installation once that is all completed. Rebecca was the sales person who came out when we inquired about windows. She was extremely personable and professional. One of the best sales person interactions I have ever had in my life. She was not pushy but was extremely knowledgeable and shared all of that with us. Had she been the least bit pushy there would not be a sale that would have transpired as I absolutely loathe pushy sales people. I was very impressed with everything about Rebecca and think this company has a very good employee there. As noted earlier I will report back once we complete the rest of this process either positively or negatively. But for this initial step very positive indeed! The windows came faster than they stated. The installers were great and efficient. Only thing we regret was not asking them to mount them out an extra half inch to be able to put normal size blinds in. Had to get very narrow blinds and that took a long time to find. They should ask that because we didn’t think about it. Have had nearly two years now. Great windows but feel they were a little overpriced. Am keeping original five star review. They keep the sun heat out just like in the demo.

UPDATE 7/2: FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE TO THIS. They told me to clean the windows which is not the actual issue. Super frustrating because the mold is underneath the caulking. Also frustrating because it took SO LONG to get a response of “no, that’s not covered”. Had an amazing experience with install and the sales team was competent. Had no complaints about my windows until a few months ago when I noticed SOME of the windows have mold underneath the caulking. Our windows are less than a year installed on our home and not all have the mold, so I assume it is an installation issue. I also assumed I could easily contact Champion to have someone come out to re-caulk and reseal the windows easily. It took 3 weeks to get someone to answer my request for service. Then, 3 weeks after I submitted pictures to my service representative, I finally had an appointment to have someone come out. He never came to our house, texted me that he didn’t know about my appointment and rescheduled for the next day (thank goodness I work from home). He came the next day and took new pictures, but did not actually DO anything. Another 2 week pass (so 8 weeks since my initial request), and I get on the phone with customer service again. There, I am informed that this is a “maintenance issue”. She is currently conferring with the maintenance manager to see if it’s covered. I’m so frustrated because we spent over $30k to get our windows replaced with Champion because of the warranty. For me to have a simple issue of needing 4 windows re-caulked and resealed only a year after install and to be met with such resistance is really disappointing and honestly crazy.

Were prompt and thought pricing was good. We had used champion window before in 1986 when we lived in Virginia Beach. They were great then and I am sure better as they have made improvements since then.

Gary L. was fantastic when he came and gave me an estimate for a ten window replacement on my home. He walked me through the entire process and even helped me find the best option for what I needed. Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Would recommend time and time again.
