From sales (Ian Vuilpemot) down to the installers (Adam, Anthony and Vince) everything went as smooth as possible. Ian did an excellent job explaining the window products to me and answered any questions and concerns I had with great detail. Adam and his team were very clear in explaining the process and allowed me to check each step out to ensure my expectations were met. Highly recommend Pella windows and the installers for any work you need.

New windows put in a few years ago. Two of the windows slam shut and will not stay open. I honestly have to say the installer’s we’re excellent and went above and beyond to get the job done.
