7-17-2024 Addendum: Received call from Jason at WW, stating that WW would be sending me something for a referral. His motive for the call soon became apparent. Jason asked me to take down my original review because it was hurting WW”s ratings! This is the SECOND TIME Jason has asked me to take down the original review. Jason was once again informed that everything in the original review was true and that the review would NOT BE TAKEN DOWN!!! At this point i informed Jason that he was HARRASSING me and to not call me again about this matter. Dealing with Jason and the WW office staff has been far from a positive experience. The young men who installed the windows and door were great and did an excellent job. We are satisfied with our replacement windows and doors. The review still stands as 1 STAR due to the issues in the original review and for harassing me twice to take down the original review. Very poor customer service. Original Review The windows installed a few days ago look good. Too early to tell if they are well insulated. However, at time of estimate Jason offered a financing option, which we accepted. A few weeks before the windows were installed i called WW for details on the finance process, would i be billed monthly etc etc. Never received a return call concerning my finance questions. I figured i would wait for a bill and figure it out from there. Today i get a call from Window World stating remaining balance was due at time of install and they required payment NOW and would i be using my credit card!!! Needless to say, i am not happy. Jason of WW and i agreed on finance of the balance and now they do not honor that agreement. WW has demonstrated poor business practices, disregard for our agreement, and deceit . They will get their money in full.

Window World did a great job installing my new windows and front door. The installers were professional, kept me informed, laid cloths down in front of each window and removed their shoes and cleaned up after the installation. Absolutely love the new windows, and especially the door.

Window World was a fine company to deal with. Everything was professional from the design consultation to the actual window installation. The installation team was great. I didn’t catch the supervisor’s name but he did our installation on 06/28/24. Everything looked very good. He even made the window I installed a couple years ago look 150% better

Bruce, Trevor, and Jamie were excellent and efficient. 19 windows installed and sealed in less than 8 hours – absolutely incredible! They were all very kind and respectful of the property and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work before leaving. I plan on using Window World again when I replace my sliding door!

Bruce and his crew did a great job installing our 3 double hung and our 1 kitchen awning windows. They cleaned up after they were finished and walked us through to make sure the finished installation was to our approval. We would recommend them and use them again.

We have used Window World twice and have been happy both times. The professionalism of Bruce at installation is not something you see much of anymore. He took the time to remove my sons stickers AND reapply them to the new windows so my son wasn’t upset. He also took the time to ask if our dog would try and bolt for the door since it was open frequently. They are timely, affordable, respectful, and very clean. Highly recommend.

Our installer (Casey I believe) did a great job and was a trooper in the heat. Great job with the install and very friendly and respectful. Had 4 windows replaced and we are looking forward to having them back to replace the others soon. Recommend 10/10

Second time I’ve used Window World. Bruce and his crew did a great job! On time, on budget, cleaned up – I would recommend these guys to anybody!

Jason, our salesman, was great! He provided samples, straight forward information, and superb communication. The install went smoothly as well. The scheduling was easy and the guys showed up on time and got to work right away. They were able to install a new front door and 12 sets of faux shutters on a 2-story home in just a few hours. We had an 8 Panel Center Lite door with Rain Glass installed. The outside was finished with oak grain and colored Frosted Pine. The 12 sets of faux shutters were raised panel vinyl and colored Green. Great job, guys!!!!
