We made an appointment to have someone come and give us an estimate. Cleared the afternoon for their associate, and they never showed up! Called back after the appointed hour and reached the woman who we spoke to originally, a couple of days prior. Apparently she forgot to put our information in the system. I guess we’ll revisit Marvin or Renewal by Anderson, who both call a hour before to confirm appointments.

Had picture window replaced as well as basement windows. Great product, has held up over the last years. Salesman came in on time and did not take 2 hours of my time like other companies did. Install was clean and professional. Very reasonable price compared to others.

Five stars for Tri-State! Worked with Andrew for a quote, he was great. From contact signing to window installation or was less than 4-weeks. Installation crew was excellent and professional, a joy to work with! The windows look great too. Highly recommend!!

Great company. They did windows and roofing for many family members and friends. In fact, I thought I was in need of a roof. Tri State did the inspection and was very honest by telling us that our roof was in perfect shape and did not need to be replaced. Most companies would’ve taken the opportunity to rip us off, but not Tri State. I’d highly recommend using them.

I will try to express how happy I am with Tri State Window Factory. After I complained about a window they installed, Andreas, one of the owners, and Sylvester, a technician, came to inspect the problem. They put their heads together to come up with a fair solution. They are truly problem solvers. Both Andreas and Sylvester are proud, lovely young men who are devoted to keeping the good reputation the company already has. I will not hesitate to purchase another product from them when needed. I can highly recommend Tri State Window Factory.

Tri State Window did a wonderful job at my house. I am happy with both their windows and their installation. I think their window quality are much better than many companies in the area. Their windows have many features I like but what really sold me were their glass thickness(it is as thick as Andersen and Pella), their reinforced aluminum frame, and their foam filled sash/frame. Many of their competitors have more or less similar U-Factor, but you can really feel and see the difference in quality when you compare them in person especially when you see their diagonal cut models. I don’t like to look at just pictures because it can be manipulated. It is great they have a show room on Long Island. I went there twice to review and test them. There I got to speak with the owner’s son Andrew. He was very kind and helpful. He answer all my questions patiently and then leave me alone to explore. As for the installation, the workers were professionals. They took time and care with each window. They did a beautiful job aesthetically and functionally around the windows. Before on cold and windy days I could hear and feel the freeze pushing into my house. The day after I had my windows replaced it was a cold windy day and my family and I notice there was a big improvement. We didn’t have cold feet and the room feels comfortable.

I have used them in 2 of my homes and I love them. I won’t be using another company for windows. When I start remodeling my newest home I’ll get getting an estimate from them on triple pane windows.

Hi, I’m Back!! I contacted and used Tri-State Window Factory again to replace 4 windows for 2 bedrooms on 12/21, and once again the team did an amazing job!! They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled. I was extremely happy with their service. I have already reached out to other home owners to let them know if they need their windows and/or patio doors replaced, to please contact Tri-State Window.
