Needed a lock and operator done on an anderson window in my home. Not many guys do repairs as well as call back.they want to sell you a new window or charge alot of money to do the repair and 3 weeks to get parts. I found affordable windows on Google on a Tuesday afternoon.within 24 hours had the job done . Nick sent his technician rus over the time we agreed at the price we agreed.neat quick and great work. Anna in the office is very nice and easy to work with. I would use them again if I have any window repairs or issues.

A tenant accidently shattered the glass window in their apt. I contacted Affordable Window Repair and they immediately responded the next morning. A technician picked the window up in the morning and came back in the early afternoon with a repaired window. He was courteous and respectful. The price was reasonable and affordable. Thanks again.

needed a replacement pulley for a 15 year old window. everyone else needed a 3-4 month lead time and the price was way more than i could afford. Nick came to the rescue, got the part within 6 weeks, had it installed promptly and at a more than acceptable price. i will be using them for all of my future window needs.

Appointment 3 times canceled!!! on last appointment i received increased Estimate than on first one!!! Office not picking up the phone and not answering calls from my number – as i tried to call from my wife number, call was answered!! such a shame

Exceptionally good work and friendly technicians! We had a broken window we thought would need to be replaced and they fixed us right up at a reasonable price. Though I hope to not have a broken window again, I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
