I had adi and horizon windows replace 4 windows in my uptown condo and I couldn’t be more pleased. Adi took exceptional care of everything even coming in to supervise. His workers were very clean and quick. I would highly recommend these guys and I’m happy I took the small local business route. Thank you horizon!

Replaced all windows in my NYC condo. Technician had to return 4 times within the first month to clean/remove black rubber caulk smeared on all new windows, replace large window which cracked end-to-end within 2 weeks of installation, replace defective window screens, repair new terrace door which was not opening/closing correctly due to faulty installation. All of these issues were resolved since final payment had not been made. Within 9 months of installation, one of the large windows started showing condensation between the panes. Despite numorous emails to Adi Kurti, the window has NOT been replaced. For the last 6 months Adi has assured me that he has placed an order for a new window replacement from Crystal Windows, but stopped responding since September. I had hoped to resolve this amicably, but had to open a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to his lack of response and not fulfilling the warranty as per the contract. He did seem sincere in his attempts to provide customer satisfaction, but that seemed to dissipate after the last payment was made. I hope to be able to update this review with good news that he replaced the window, since I believe in supporting small businesses, especially during a recession. In the meantime, I am NOT a happy customer and cannot recommend this business. Two stars because he is a nice man, suspect he’s spread too thin and is under-staffed but still not an acceptable excuse for not responding.
