Renewal by Anderson did an amazing job on all counts! I could not be happier with my new windows (my electric & gas bills are very happy too) They are beautiful and look amazing in my 1940 casita. I especially want to shout out about Dillon Deluca, the rep for my area (Santa Fe, NM) he is absolutely wonderful. Dillon took his time explaining everything to me, answered my numerous questions with care, and overall he made me feel very confident about my decision to move ahead with replacing the windows. Everything Dillon told me about the installation was true! Also, the installers were amazing! All 5 windows were changed out within one day. When they left, the only evidence of their having been there was the windows! This experience is, hands down, the best home improvement I’ve made since owning my home!

Joe Smith was very thorough during his visit. He took his time going over the different types of windows available on the market and the companies guarantees. I felt comfortable with Joe. He was there every step of the way and even came by after the install to look at the job and make sure I was happy.

Joe Smith sold me all new windows All of my windows were leaking with condensation between the glass, I hated the old slider windows but there isn’t much choice in rural northern NM. He showed me a different style, casement windows! The view is no longer impeded by framing from a slider they still open as needed for fresh air. My windows all look so much bigger. Also my front door no longer has a breeze blowing through it when it’s shut. It shuts tightly! My installers really did a superior install, even with snow on the ground still! The contractors were from All Pro Remodeling, my lead person was Caesar there were 3 men working to get all my windows installed which ended up only taking a day and 1/2. Unfortunately, during the installation a building violation was discovered in that my large picture window in the living room had no header, the installers brought this to my attention immediately and directed me to call Anderson for a plan of how to get this remedied, Joe worked quickly to spec out this new job and was able to get the installers back out a second time to correctly install a header to frame the window correctly then re-install the window. I’m completely satisfied with the work and my new windows. Can’t say enough about Caesar’s team from All Pro Remodeling that did the actual work, such respectful and hard working and detailed oriented installers they did a great job to make all the windows look great and also make it look as if they were never there!! Also shout out to the scheduler, Emily, she did a great job to keep me informed on the schedule and to alert me when the workers would arrive each day and even for the additional work. I had to get a message to the installers and she did that right away! Communication is so helpful to make the job go smoothly and Emily did a great job with that!!

Bought some windows about three months ago, just got them installed. The process was smooth and easy. They were in and out in a day. Very professional, the crew was great, and my Sales Rep Joe Smith was helpful anything I needed anything.

We bought a fancy back door that cost a ton of money and after one month it can’t open. We’re trying to get somebody to come out here and fix it but they’re taking their time so far seriously not impressed. Way too expensive for this level of performance.
