From the sales people going over all details and the final installation by Tony and Jose the process was easy and worry free. Tony and Jose did an impeccable job. They were courteous, friendly, and cleaned inside and out after completion.

I’m going to have to edit the earlier part because Accent SW Windows recently got a new owner. I had a problem with a window in the garage because the frame warped. So my previous pictures showed that. Once Jesse, the new owner, saw my review and heard about the problem he called me, came out himself and ordered a new window. The problem with that particular frame was the acrylic glass block window warped and it warped the frame. I think what happened was the acrylic glass block couldn’t stand up to the sun. Anyway they came and fixed it and he did everything he said and the workmen came and showed up on time and it’s done. So they did honor their warranty and it wasn’t really the frame itself that warped in the first place. I haven’t had any problem with the rest of the windows. The pictures of the new window are added at the end.| 7/16/24- Further evidence of this company standing behind their warranty. I had a window that started to not stay open by itself. I called SW and the guy was out here within a week and he replaced the parts in the frame that were stopping the window from staying open and charged me nothing. Any company that honors their lifetime warranty should be congratulated. They guarantee their window frames against warping. As you can see from the pictures, the window frame is warped on the bottom. I called them and the guy came out and Just denied that it was warped so they don’t want to honor their warranty. The new owner, who recently bought the business, came out today and put a level on the window. That’s all the first guy who did nothing had to do to see that the frame was warped. So the owner put the level on the inside and the outside of the bottom of the frame, saw that it was warped and said he will order me a new window that should arrive in about 4 weeks. They don’t make the acrylic block glass windows anymore so he’ll install privacy glass instead and I’m wondering if the reason they don’t install the acrylic glass block windows anymore is because of the frame warping with that material. Anyway if he follows through and fixes it I’ll take down my review.

We had two windows and one patio door installed yesterday by Accent Southwest Windows and Doors. The two guys who did the job, Carlos and Luis, did an excellent job, and finished the installation job in less than six hours. Left everything completely clean, disposed of the old windows, and all three new ones work perfectly, as we had hoped. Thank You, Accent!

We recently had our windows replaced with new Anlin windows and we are extremely satisfied. Dan Clark was our salesman, he was very knowledgeable and broke the process down from start to finish. The installers Carlos and Luis did an amazing job! After it was completed both Dan and Leon (installer’s boss) came by to check on the work done, and made sure we were satisfied. These windows have made a tremendous difference for us, we live off of a busy street and ever since buying our house in 2012 I’ve wanted them replaced due to the noise. Every family member who has come by has commented on how quiet the house now is and of course how beautiful! Immediately after the window install we were lucky to have gotten the stucco crew out to stucco around the windows. I had questions about the stucco and spoke with Jesse M. who was literally the best at explaining that process and very patient while we waited for HOA color approval and had to postpone further stucco due to us adding a new roof as well. I could not be more thankful for Jesse entertaining my billions of questions and answering all of them! We’ve received lot of compliments and had a couple of neighbors from adjacent neighborhoods stop by during the process to ask who did our work.

I’m very happy with our 2 new ProVia outside doors. For our main entry door, shown in the photos are before (with white storm door) and after. Dan was very helpful in the design and selection. The price was right and considerably less than other estimates that I got for quality ProVia doors. The installers Tony, Jose, and Mike showed up on time, and were professional, meticulous, and fast. The door shown in the photos was a complicated install, with the bricks interfering with the side light. Yet they took care of every small detail, including relocating the Nest doorbell to the opposite side, installing my door hardware (that I provided separately), and leaving the work area spotless. I highly recommend Accent and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Really poor customer service. Right down to the salesperson and financing. No explanation. No paperwork.
