Second time my experience has been less than I’d expected, and I’ve been a Pella fan my entire life. I agree with reviews hoping for another Pella option in town. I will either be using their online sales or switching to Anderson.

The product we received was not what we asked for. It was also damaged either during shipping or installation. Lee was friendly and responsive, but we will not use Pella again.

Fantastic experience with Lee of Pella Windows. We bought two Pella triple pane sliding doors. The quality is awesome. The reduction in noise from outside is outstanding. We can already tell that these doors will save much money on heating and cooling costs. Highly recommend Lee, as well as the install crew which did high quality work. A+++

Stay away! ! Nice windows but very poor customer service locally…if you have need for a service call you will play hell getting someone to return your repeated voice-mail… Missoula really needs a second Pella dealer. We sadly now just suggest Sierra pacific or Anderson windows, if they don’t answer your call directly they at least return them in a professional time frame.

We’ve been installing pella windows and doors for about 8 months now for their clients and they’re definitely worth every penny. Matt and lee are super nice salesmen and Becky is also great in the office! Since starting to do their installs I realized I really liked the product and replaced my own 70’s windows with the pella fiberglass and couldn’t be happier. Their customer service and is also great. If there’s ever an issue with quality they’re on top of it right away sending norm out to fix the issue. I’d highly recommend pella windows for any new build or replacement in an old house.
