Use a different company if you want or need any warranty work done. They will expect you to explain the problem in detail over the phone or expect you to pay for their time to see what the problem is. Apparently they only sell and install the product.

Compared to other window replacement companies, this was a great value and an awesome product, made in America. Mike and his crew were fabulous and the windows look amazing inside and out. An all around fantastic experience!

I really liked dealing with this company. I had them put windows in my entire house. But I have just now found out that the windows are not rescreenable! This was not told to me up front and I have never heard of such a thing. I would never have bought non -rescreenable windows . I’m really shocked at a company that would even sell them. Hopefully they make it right and fix the problem.

Mike drastically miscalculated the quote for window replacement. He neglected to figure in costs to reroute electrical wires and frame in a picture window. Then, he expected me to pay the difference, after accepting the contract and the old windows removed from my property. We spent several weeks trying to find another company to complete the job but was unsuccessful. During that time we had temporary windows that were screed to the wall. We finally came to an agreement to share the additional costs and wrapped up the job. Beyond that, Mike threatened litigation numerous times, claiming his lawyer sister was not going to be happy about this situation. IT WAS HIS FAULT that he figured wrong to begin with. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I certainly would not recommend this business.

We had lead every where in our home, they made sure everything was sealed off while they worked. Very professional. Doesn’t play around with frills, it’s this is what I have, this is what we suggest and then they do the job. I appreciate being listened too. I wanted a huge front window, everyone told me no except this company and it turned out beautifully.

Brad Rozell is very professional and personal at the same time. They put a roof on my house and did it fast and the job was done perfectly. I highly reccomend them. They also did my neighbor, my brother, and my unlces house all with the same results!
