I recently had a storm door installed on the front of my house. The opening had an arched shape top and the height was a little shorter than average. Precision came and took extra time in measuring the opening and making suggestions. The door was manufactured per the written agreement. The installation of my door was very good and tightly fitted and caulked very neatly. Everyone that touched this project, from the beginning to the end, paid attention to details. The finished product is “BEAUTIFUL”. I will certainly not hesitate to contact this company in the future, for my next project.

Found Precision Siding & Windows via Google Maps search. Called their office number (8999) mid-morning on 8/16/2023. No answer and call went to voicemail. I get a message that voicemail box full. The first impression is very poor. I’ll take my siding and door needs to another company who at least cleans out their voicemails on a regular basis.

Tom, Melanie and the crew were all great! We had our wood windows repaired recently and were needing new storm windows. Tom gave us multiple options to replace our exterior storm windows without any pressure to purchase replacement windows. After completion, there were 2-3 windows (out of 20+) that needed adjustments/corrections; Melanie was quick to respond (even after the initial installation was done) and Doug fixed everything quickly upon return. Would highly recommend Precision for your window work!

Extremely happy with our choice of Precision. Doug was our installer and was a perfectionist in getting it installed. The install team was super friendly and left us feeling we made a great choice going with Precision. The office team kept us informed as well in our status and was great in not only communicating but handling the schedule and payment. Highly recommend!

We contracted with Precision Windows for the installation of 6 new widows in our home. Everyone from the sales professional to the installation crew were so knowledgeable and professional. During installation, we ran in to unknown wood rot and the team was able to explain what needed to be done and they executed the work perfectly. The project took longer than anticipated due to the wood rot but the team agreed to come on their weekend to complete the project when it was convenient for us. We would recommend Precision to any of our friends and family.

Used Precision for new sliding glass doors and a new front door. Everyone I came into contact with was very professional and I never felt pressured into anything I did not need. Installation was seamless and I will use Precision again in the future.
