Benjamin was amazing with our 16-window replacement and sill/jamb repair that was needed. He worked efficiently, skillfully, was personable, reliable & very tidy. Windows and More definitely does not do more, but they do windows fine. Sometimes fine is all you need. We have a large home with high end casement windows and needed to replace a couple upstairs. Because Windows and More came in with a solid quote, in the middle range of those we sought, and their top line window is a good product, we moved forward. As I said, the windows are fine. However, the installation team was messy during install and their clean up was poor. This was seen in sloppy sealant application, leaving dirty glass inside/out on ALL windows, and leaving debris on roof and lawn. A couple sizable metal pieces were missed by my eye but found by my mower. Per my review norm, I wait a bit to leave a less than 5 star review. I want to be fair to the business and assess my role in the reason for the low(ish) review. Windows and More did a fine job. They were great with my dogs and respectful of my time lines. They simply did less. When I replace my downstairs windows, I will seek out a different company.

Made a nice porch but the stairs are not to code and can not be used by this elderly couple with disabilities. Not safe! ********* Sent out a carpenter who made the whole thing right. Did a wonderful job…..5 stars!

They put some windows in and I needed a replacement I gave him the information. I’ve had no follow up when I called. He explained to me that I was too hyper and never returned a call. I was wanting to know about the order status ashamed, people don’t care about there business.
