After the windows were installed, noticed the front rooms were cooler in the summer sun and now with the arctic cold over the last week, not wisp of cold air in any window that WW installed. I am and feel so much warmer this winter due to the excellent installation and installers whose names escape me at the moment…I would undoubtedly use WW and those two again…. Thanks Wilson and Window World! Best choice I have made. Kathy W.

We love our new windows and can tell a big difference in how they are keeping the house warmer in the cold weather. The installation went well, it just took double the time we had been told to expect, but overall, they did a good job, and we are very happy with the look and efficiency of these new windows.

Everyone on the staff at Window World helped me with every detail with the purchase of new windows in my home. I highly recommend their service if you are looking to purchased new windows. The quality is second to none.

Very pleased with the quality of the window installation, but very unhappy with the length of time it took to get the windows installed. I ordered them in June 2023 and installation wasn’t until November 2023. I still haven’t received a patio sliding door that was ordered in June 2023. They also installed the wrong size window shutters on one window that still has not been corrected. If you need a timely window replacement supplier, I do not recommend Window World in Tupelo.

This is the most unprofessional and scam of a company that I have ever experienced and believe me I have paid alot of money to them for the poorest quality and service! I have been dealing with them since 2021! I still do not have my door finished and they installed a defective window that still hasn’t been fixed despite my request for 1year! they will tell you its on order… never come back! Do not use this company!!! Lifetime guarantee of defect!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to be able to give this company good reviews. We had some issues with getting install finished and the order coming back wrong from the manufacturer several times, but the owner personally called to apologize and vowed to resolve the issue personally. Unfortunately, the manufacturer can’t seem to get their act together and I’m having to initiate pretty much any and all communication and our issue is still unresolved. Our window install started in August/September of last year (2022) and feel we’ve been more than patient. We have spent over $20,000 for windows and to say I’m exasperated would be an understatement. My advice: do your research and find out the history of the manufacturer and get some kind of guarantee IN WRITING that protects or compensates you when these companies don’t finish what they start. I don’t see this getting resolved any time soon and almost certain I will have to find another company to replace this one window which I’m also certain will have to come out of my pocket. The only reason I’m not giving this a 1-star review is because most of the job is done at least.

Update- the Tupelo team came out the next day and inspected the window- it was leaking and they had it fixed later that day. The installation of the windows went rather smoothly. The workers were nice and cleaned up after themselves. The installation of the shutters did not go well; they were supposed to replace the shutters with identical shutters but they chose a different size that they thought looked better without telling us. When we asked for the shutters to be replaced with the size we asked for, they said that they would order them but they refused to install them; they said we would have to find someone else to do it. They complained that they didn’t charge us enough for the other ones- said the price had increased but they quoted us incorrectly. Their fault. Not ours. Now that we have a leaking window (these are new windows- not years old) they make you fill out an online application and then they decide if it’s worth following up on. Apparently water leaking in doesn’t seem to qualify – they said it is probably just condensation. Even though I sent them a picture with clear water stained window sill. 3 other windows in the room have no issue. They told us to turn on a fan. I have used WW in another state and had no issues. Service after the sale was great. Not with this WW location.

Great they always fixed my problem when I called and installed my windows and doors when they come in, Thanks Window World and sorry about the last post I was leaving review on serval pages and di not mean to post last review, I would recommend window world for your next project Joey and Margaret are great, gonna get them to do my vinyl siding next.
