I was having issues with our original 20 yr old Andersen double hung windows and was directed to Justin H. at the Oakdale store. The response was quick and professional. After a few emails back and forth trying to decide out what direction to go, he set me up with a service tech within hours. Good to know there are companies and employees out there that actually care about their product and the consumers!

As a homeowner that takes pride in his home it was such a great experience working with the entire team at Great Planes Millwork. Our kitchen remodel had lots of moving parts and Adam helped us get the right products in our home. There were no surprises and everything was explained in detail. A truely wonderful experience start to finish. And it was reasonable price wise. Definitely a solid investment

If you are in need of new windows for your home you would be more than happy by having Great Plains Windows in Oakdale, Minnesota do the work. I had all new windows installed in my house recently and the difference it made inside and out is awesome. I feel like I’m in a new home. Friends, neighbors and family are in awe with the new windows. Best investment I have ever made. Adam Swenson was my salesman. He is so knowledgeable about their windows, went over options of various types of windows, pricing and installation process. I never felt pressured. Adam always returned my calls promptly if I had questions. Dan was my window installer. The pride he took in this job was far more than perfect. He was very respectful and kept me updated me daily. I enjoyed having him here. Jennifer, the office manager is very efficient, easy to talk with and returned calls promptly. Stop! If you are researching window replacement, getting bids, etc- your search is over! Great Plains is by far the best options when it comes to customer service and value. John’s communication and approach from the sales side was seamless. My lead installer Dan had incredible attention to detail and pride in his craftsmanship- things that are becoming harder to find! Thank you, Great Plains for the fantastic experience replacing my windows.

We had a great experience with our window replacement project. Our sales coordinator John F. worked closely with us throughout the project, even stopping by on the installation day. John was personable and professional. He answered all of our questions about the tiniest of details which reassured us that the process of replacement would go smoothly. He was honest in his statements about any delays or price changes related to these times of COVID. Travis H. And his group of installers were remarkable. They truly worked as a team with clear communication; from handling the windows through cleanup at the end, they were top notch. Our large picture window was designed to replace the original 1960 Andersen window. It turned out better than we could have imagined. Watching four individuals carry that massive piece of glass up the front walk and stairs and into a brick opening was worthy of video recording. The end result is exactly what we hoped for from materials, ease of opening and pure beauty. I highly recommend using Great Plains for your Window Installation project.
