We had a unique situation with a poorly installed wall air conditioner we wanted converted to a window. A Pane in the Glass provided us with great communication and a fair price. We were glad for the quick installation and very happy with the final project.

every step of the way Pane in the Glass staff INCLUDING the owner were responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. We had them do all of our windows and later our sliding glass doors. All the employees are respectful and likeable as well as competent.

I worked with Beth to replace a broken pane of glass. From start to finish, Beth was courteous and gave a lot of great information. The price was very reasonable, and her responses were quick! After our initial call, I was able to communicate with Beth through text about window updates and such, which was very convenient. All in all, it was a terrific experience, and I definitely recommend it for window needs!

I chose A Pane in the Glass to replace my windows initially because of their name, however after working with the company I found that not only were they professional and the customer service was impeccable they performed their work in record time. I am very impressed with the workmanship and have recommended their company a few time since the completion of the project. I am very satisfied with everything.

I have put in all new windows over the course of 2 years and they did a fantastic job. Everything was cleaned up and you never would have known new windows were put in. I would definitely use them again.

Wow, I can’t recommend this company enough. From start to finish everyone was very informative and kind. Ron came out to do our consult and had very good information regarding the types of windows they had available. He was very polite and informative and we didn’t feel pressured to buy. When we had to reach out with a question about our installation, Allen and Beth replied immediately and accommodated our needs. Francisco and Doug showed up right on time on our installation day and did an amazing job. They were kind, courteous, and very efficient. You could tell they really knew what they were doing. Our windows are beautiful and we could not be happier. I will recommend this company to anyone who asks!!! Best experience I’ve ever had with any construction company.

I highly recommend this company from the salesperson, Ron, to the installers w/Casey who did a great job. I had three slider vinyl windows installed and work was completed as scheduled and in an efficient manner. This winter will be a test for the new Heartland windows, but all appears good so far.
