Miracle Construction & Restoration a week agoMiracle Construction did a great job restoring our finished basement/lower level after extensive flood damage. James Sr., James Jr. and Fabian coordinated the drywall and insulation replacement, repainting the walls, reinstalling the woodwork and putting in a epoxy floor. Noah and his crew who did the painting and work work were especially great to work with. We are very happy with the results and everything looks very nice. We highly recommend this company.

Interstate Construction, LLC a week agoI experienced a major flooding in my ground floor bathroom and in my basement. My bathroom floor had to be removed and replaced with matching tiles. There was extensive water damage in my basement to the paneled walls, ceiling tiles and flooring. The basement wall paneling had to be removed, walls and doors repainted. The ceiling tiles, flooring and carpeting had to be removed, and replaced. Interstate Construction LLC came to the rescue. My basement furniture was wrapped, hauled away, stored and returned in excellent condition and re-arranged in my basement which now looks superb. Everyone worked very efficiently, and I would give them all 6 stars out of 5 stars! The Project Manager, Barry Jones, who oversaw and managed the whole process from start to finish was exceptional, considerate and helpful. I would give him 8 stars out of 5 stars! I would most definitely recommend Interstate Construction, LLC.

Empire management corporation a year agoJoseph and his team are all such wonderful, genuine, and hardworking people. Joseph was excellent to work with from beginning to end. He gave me a couple of quotes, which were very reasonable price, and no pressure to commit. Once I was ready to move forward with the project, Joseph met with me at a nearby hardware store and showed me various materials and options available. He spent a very long time teaching me everything I needed to know and offered to go back to the store with me if I had any doubt. Joseph started the job shortly after I notified him of materials I selected. He started the job on time and I believe he really prioritized my project due to it being my only bathroom in the house (very thoughtful!). Him and his team worked all day, everyday, until the job was done. Now fast forward to today and the job is complete. it is remarkable what they did. The bathroom isn’t even familar anymore. What use to be my most dreadful room of my house is now my favourite room! I would recommend Empire Management Corporation to anyone and I would have no doubt to rehire them on future projects on my home.
