We had our windows all replaced by Hansons in the spring of 2016. The installation definitely wasn’t without some issues, but I have to say that Hansons warranty follow-up is top notch! Their service technician, Brian Hanley, is a great asset to their Kalamazoo location. He is very professional while on-site, goes over and above what needs to be done making sure all our windows are functioning properly and gave me great advice on keeping them working great in the future. I would definitely recommend Hansons for your window replacement company. Kudos to Brian for making this company shine!!

Setting up an appointment online was quick and easy. Meeting Jason Courtney was a smooth and good experience. He was very knowledgeable of your products. Gave me payment options. Answered my many questions adequately. Now we have a plan in place, I am excited to get this project completed.

Wish i could give a half star. From the roofers not showing up, to the project manager never showing up, to the constant appointment cancellation on their part, to them rescheduling and still not showing up, to them not calling or showing up for an appointment where they were to inspect issues with the roof after they installed it is appalling. Im sure if they didn’t offer the life time warranty most would not get roofing installed with you guys. How do you as professionals, constantly not show up for scheduled appointments or out of the blue with no warning cancel appointments, reschedule appointments or just not show up? How do you as a business not know your employees aren’t showing up to work?? So much has been handled poorly and unprofessionally i don’t even know how you guys are allowed to do business like this.

Chris from Hansons did a great job on our window repair. We are very satisfied with the service call, that was done efficiently. Chris took the time to answer my questions, and to tell me how to trouble shoot in the future. He also went above and beyond, by making a repair to a window from another dealer who has since gone out of business.

Aaron, our installer did a fantastic job, he is very knowledgeable, took his time and made sure any concerns we had were taken care of before he left. The shower looks great. We actually felt sorry for him as the sales person made two measurement errors that lead to some delays and extra work, but he and the ladies that handled scheduling were very apologetic and did the best they could.
