Great company to do business with, starting with no pressure for a sale and patient answering of all my questions and samples of product to see. I was able to order high quality windows made in America (OH) with a lifetime guarantee. Since they were made based on measurements Tom took, they took awhile to get, but were well worth the wait. Installation was smooth and no mess left to deal with. My triple pane windows are warmer and look great. I will use this company again when ready to replace more windows.

I don’t think I’ve ever been more impressed with a contracting business than Window Depot USA of West Michigan! Tom went out of his way and drove the long distance to my cottage to help me order a new Provia storm door. He was very knowledgeable and kept good communication with me while my door was being made. His son drove back when it was ready and did an amazing job installing it. He was a perfectionist and very conscientious about his work…even cleaning the door and area where he worked. The door is perfect – just what I wanted. Whenever I need new windows I will return to Window Depot USA of West Michigan!

Tom was great. I love my new windows took a little longer than expected but worth the wait… installers were awesome took about 6 hour to replace all the windows and a slider door… the windows make it feel brighter and definitely warmer in the house…

Would highly recommend Window Depot of West Michigan. From installation to follow up on a couple of manufacture defects everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. Installation crew and project managers were easy to work with.

Windows Depot of West Michigan did a fantastic job replacing 5-100 year old windows with Provia windows. All the windows were installed in only 3 hours. They sealed everything really good. We have had some really high winds and there are no leaks. When they finished installing the windows, they cleaned up everything inside and outside. The 3 – man crew did a great job and were friendly and answered the couple questions I had. I highly recommend Windows Depot of West Michigan

Had 8 windows installed today. Crew was very friendly…..owner and installers. Only took a few hours. They cleaned everything up and left beautiful windows. Very happy with our purchase. They look so great!

Window Depot was recommended to us by a previous customer. The salesperson made a visit, showed us the high-quality windows offerings, offered us a reasonable price for the windows we needed, measured the six windows needed, and gave us an estimated replacement time. The work was completed on time (one day installiation) and looks very good. I think we made a very good choice. I was a pleasure doing business with Window Depot.
