I have never been ghosted by a service company. Made an appointment over a month ago. Guys showed up on time. Looked at my problem and said I would have a quote in a few days. It’s been over a month. NOT A SERVICE COMPANY. Called office FIVE times, apologies….but no action. Avoid if you can.

They broke the seal in my window by hitting it repeatedly with a hammer in attempt to repair the balancers. It was a 40 year old window but the least they could do would be to pay for half. The seal was not broken before.

BEST WINDOW COMPANY AROUND! If you want an honest, responsive, straight to the point type company who is thorough and follows through, you stopped at the right place. Rob’s Window is not only great at what they do, they are kind and go out of their way to try to get the best prices, best product and will spend the time to research exactly what you need in order to make your home not only remain safe, but look fantastic. Rob and his staff always show up right on time, and if something happens, weather related, family emergency and/or sicknesses (we live in Michigan the flu is a rotating spell) they will respectively give you a call first thing in the morning to let you know exactly what’s going on. The office manager, Jennifer is a delight to work with and she will contact you and get you right back on their schedule asap. Rob’s window offers many things as i’ve had multiple things done to my own home down to part repairs, glass replacement, or all new windows/doorlites/patio doors you name it, they are going to try their hardest to make it happen for you. They are a very small family owned/operated business with the most gigantic hearts. I highly recommend Rob’s Window and Glass Repair. If you’re having issues with your windows, give them a call! You won’t regret it.

We could not have had a better experience. Everyone we interacted with, from the front office to the installers, was extremely friendly and courteous. They replaced a shattered sliding glass pane. They communicated well, showed up on time, and did high quality work. No hesitation, would use them again!

Sorry to say, we had appointment scheduled, repairman didn’t keep. I called office 4 times for a reschedule. Did not receive any return call! Very disappointing, as I support family businesses. I cannot recommend Rob’s window company.

Rob’s Window came out quickly and provided a competitive estimate. Another company from the area I had contacted had complained that the job was difficult and provided an unreasonable estimate. The replacement glass I ordered arrived quickly and they even went the extra step to paint the inside trim on the window after making the repairs. I would definitely recommend them for any window repair.
