I probably would rate my experience with this Pella location as a 4.5 stars. We had to have a custom Pella window sash replaced due to an attempted break-in. I called Pella to order a repair, and we were able to schedule the repair to my convenience. However, when the repairmen showed up, they told me that the window wouldn’t work for our casement window because the handle was on the wrong side. You see, when they asked me on the phone which side the window crank was on, I told them on the right side. But I was looking from the inside of the house, and they wanted to know from the outside of the house. They realized the mistake and agreed to order another sash for us this time with the handle on the correct side at no additional cost for us. Although it took a while for the sash to be manufactured, they were able to schedule the installation fairly quickly. The repairmen were very efficient, courteous, and thorough. We are quite pleased with Pella.

I had a question on how to move the slide to open and close the blinds and Dan had no problem on popping over to show me how to do it. Thank you again very much!!

I have visited the showroom multiple times in the past two months as we are in the process of fairly complicated home improvement and constructing an addition to our existing home. In short, the project entails 26 windows, two sliding patio doors, and an entrance door. During this project, we have been fortunate to have met Ms. Michelle Polus. She has been absolutely wonderful and patient with answering our questions, describing various options and alternatives. She is a big reason for us to proceed with Pella for our ongoing project and would like to thank her sincerely for all the help so far.

I just got some new windows from Pella, and I’m very happy with them. The work crew did a wonderful job installing them. Daniel Boudreau was my sales representative. He’s great to work with. He listened to me and understood what I needed, and didn’t try to oversell me anything. An excellent experience all around.

I love the look of my wood Pella door wall. I installed it almost 18 years ago and have needed to repair it several times. Replaced the lock latch 4-5 times, at first they replaced them for free, they would just break. Now it’s my fault if it breaks the same way they says it’s from not having a rubber bumper in place- it always was. The part is over 30 bucks! Then I needed to replace a thin rubber weatherstrip in order to replace a simple rubber part, they had to sell me a portion of the door they wanted more than 250.00! FOR A WEATHER STRIP. Now I am waiting for a replacement trolley for the self closing screen door, this is the reason I bought the door in the first place. They no longer have or make the part for my door, they said a substitute part for another door should work, but will NO LONGER CLOSE BY ITSELF. And the topper is it will take 3- 6 weeks to have it sent to the warehouse for me to pick up…no delivery!

My husband and I visited the Auburn Hills location today looking for a sliding French patio door. We weren’t greeted or acknowledged by the sales lady at all. We even waited for 20 minutes but she never even looked at us. Instead we received looks as if we didn’t belong there. Don’t let their commercials fool you. People of color is treated as if they don’t want our business and we don’t belong. It’s 2024, I will not beg no one to take my money. Poor racist customer service at its best.

My sales person Daniel Boudreau is wonderful, he was very knowledgeable in what we needed with the replacement of our two sliding doors in the bedroom. Even though we took our time on deciding when to get the work done he didn’t rush us. We are very satisfied with our sliding doors and installation was great!! We are definitely contacting Daniel when we’re ready for new windows in other areas of our home.

I had a very pleasant experience buying new windows through Pella. Dan Boudreau helped guide me through the window-buying process and listened to my needs and concerns. He also walked me through available financing options. The two gentlemen that came out to install my new windows were also very friendly and professional. Everything looks great! Very happy with my purchase and would definitely use Pella again!
