WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible customer service!! I have a champion sun room (installed by previous owners) that we have loved for 2 years since we bought our home. HOWEVER the customer service to get anything done after they install the room is horrendous. Champion sent a technician out to replace a screen door. The tech measured & ordered a new one and we paid for it. 12+ weeks later (which was longer than the estimated 8-10 weeks) a different tech came out and said that it wasn’t a champion door and that the screen CHAMPION MEASURED & ORDERED wouldn’t fit my door. I was only given a partial refund because of the “service charge” and there was no communication at all through the whole process. Terrible customer service-pick any other company that does windows/sunrooms.

Used Castle in the past for bow window. Great window & price. Couple of small issues were resolved quickly. Decided to get quote on sliding patio door. Brandon is great, explained all features & options. Very decent quote! I would recommend.

Mike was very knowledgeable and if he wasn’t sure on something he reached out to his supervisor. We were hoping for the buy 2 get 2 deal but it had ended 3 days prior to our appointment but it was still listed on the website during the appointment. The windows are a bit expensive but we were able to get a deal. 1 star taken off because of the price.

Mike was very knowledgeable about the product and his demonstration of the windows and explaining the qualities and warranty was what sold me. He was very patient with me and had no problem answering all the questions that I threw at him. I was planning on checking with other window companies but after speaking with Mike I decided to go with champion.
