From purchase to input, and even a month after input, Green Energy Windows is very professional. Product delivery was seamless. It is a great product and were able to notice a difference in heating and air bill. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Green Energy.

I am aware that he takes the best of care of his customers in his window and door business with value, quality and service. I had my windows installed by Green Energy this past Dec2021. They did a good job it’s just little minor stuff that I bought to their attention in which the sale rep (Brennan) gave me a hassle. For instance, the caulking in one of the kitchen windows was missed. When I sent Brennen a msg about it, he kinda got smart and said I can purchase caulk for $5. A contractor friend of mine noticed that my storm door shows a little space. I contacted Brennan and he apologized for his behavior in our prev encounter and ordered a service call. Long story, they never informed me of a date someone would come out instead I received an email stating that someone came out and inspected the storm door and determined it was fine. Well had they let me know someone was coming I would have been home and showed the tech where the space is at in my storm door. I was advised by Brennan that storm doors are not designed to be air tight…but my main concern is bugs/gnats getting inside my home should I want to leave the entry door open in the summer and just have the storm door. Anyhoo, the windows are ok … I purchased the kind that you’re not supposed to feel the heat when it’s hot outside. Unfortunately I feel heat when it’s hot outside. The iron security bar on one of my basement windows is now loose bc they never secured it back how it was before they arrived. If you want quality customer service don’t count on it with Green Energy. I have a 6 bedroom rental home in Brandywine MD thst needed about 20 windows/2 entry doors…three months ago I hired a local contractor to do and they did an EXCELLENT job. My storm doors doesn’t show visibility to the outside and ALL windows are sealed & caulked tight. There’s one thing I cannot tolerate & that is bad customer service. I had a new HVAC system installed about a few yrs ago and I had some issues, the tech came out and rectified EVERY issue immediately without excuses and they did it well past my warranty without squawking unlike Green Energy. RESPONSE TO GREEN ENERGY’s comment on my prev post! Brennen – I just know not to use or recommend Green Energy going forward. I’m just glad that it’s not a major issue as my contractor is my friend that pointed out the defect Green Energy did … he was not trying to gain any business. My contractor friend actually fixed the storm door issue for nothing. It took him all of ten min tops to fix the storm door. Thanks for NOTHING! My response stands on this. I rec’d an email on 6/27/24 from Brennan to post a review. He must of forgotten about my encounter.. Brennan had nerve say I take no accountability for not being home but I didn’t have to be home to fix a storm door that simply only needed a MINOR adjustment … I have another house in MD in which I just got 22 windows & 4 doors put in. FLAWLESS work. I didn’t even consider Green Energy.

the company was very professional. The price was affordable and much less than what 3 other companies quoted. The windows are great and we could tell the difference they made this winter. I have recommended them to others. Great company does excellent work.

Green Energy replaced the windows in front of my house and did such a great job that I had them come back and do the windows in the back. They did a marvelous job and in a short time. I highly recommend them.
