Cheap products. The warranty is misleading, they’re basically responsible for nothing after a year. Poor product craftsmanship… Latch broke in less then 2 years, company refused to replace and informed me the warranty is 1 year. Might as well buy Chinese

We already have Pella windows and some of our openings and also our sliding glass door. We wanted more windows for a home so we called and the rep Steve Berbes came to our home showed us a great window and gave us a really good price. We love Pella.

Two years ago I had Pella install basement replacement patio sliding patio door and Steve Beres was my Pella guy. Today (2/29/24) I ordered the replacement of my deck sliding door and Steve was my Pella guy. I find him to be very professional and a pleasure to work with. Better still the current price of my new door is lower than that of my patio door! No fuss, no sales craft, just a very nice person to do business with.

Richard’s work completed the job. After 3 previous attempts to replace the damaged t-astragal he did what the 3 previous Pella technicians were unable to do. This time he was issued the right replacement part.
