Apex replaced all of the windows in our home, as well as our front door and storm door. We have been very impressed from the start of the project through completion. Rico Duran is the sales rep who worked directly with us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Insignia window and Provia door, and his presentation on the products was excellent. He has been easy to reach and very responsive when I have contacted him with questions. Rico has also stopped by our home throughout the process and afterward to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. The team of installers that did the labor were very courteous and polite. They completed the installation in a timely manner and did a good job cleaning up the work site The windows and doors look great, and they are easy to clean and operate. What a difference! We have been very happy with our experience with Apex!

We met with Rico Duran to discuss purchasing windows for the house. He and his associate McKinley Groah were polite and professional. Rico answered all of our questions. This was not a pressure situation and after approximately 2 hours they were done. I have had longer presentations and was pleased with the timely manner this was conducted.

My experience with Apex was top notch. Not only did they make sure to keep me informed about all the concerns I had, they made sure to educate me on the things I didn’t know about. This was strictly a fact finding mission we were doing but I came away very impressed!
