Zinsel is amazing. They stepped up after Safelite (see my review on the Metairie branch trying to double my price). JP came to my place and clearly was a professional (35 years experience) and knew how do do work on high end cars. They were recommended by Land Rover and I can see why.

Brand new windshield. Waited 3 weeks for windshield. Get it installed see the imperfections call and send pics the manager sees nothing wrong in the pictures as if she is blind. Will not replace or warranty bc she sees nothing. How can you not see this? Wants to take her own pictures. They don’t back up products. Go else where. They were recommended by the dealer. Says I will never have a perfect windshield like I’ve never owned new cars with perfect windshield. Terrible terrible service from the manager. Very frustrated people take your money and say oh well. How do we know this will never cause problems? How do we know it won’t spread? She seems to be a know it all by all means who also needs her eyes checked! I’m not worried the glass is not cut straight I’m worried about the chips and you can see a “dip” when you look at the windshield as this is how my husband seen the cause of the dip.
